All orders have flat rate shipping PER ORDER, not per product! Depending on your location, you may be subject to import or customs tax. We will make every effort to roll this cost into your shipping charge, though we cannot predict the amount of that charge. We will always stay in contact with you throughout the process to minimize any inconvenience.
All our toys are made to order in waves (batches), and the vast majority are hand-painted after manufacture. As such, turnaround for shipping should always be considered a minimum of three weeks. We always strive for the fastest service possible, though we want to set realistic expectations. Tracking information is emailed only when the package is actually shipped. The larger the batch, the longer the turnaround. We are an extremely small team.
